FullShift Staffing is recruiting for a Registered Nurse for an acute rehab facility in Peoria, AZ, with night shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. The role requires an active Arizona RN license, at least 1 year hospital experience, and proficiency in electronic charting. BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.
TB clearance, a current physical, and fingerprint clearance are also expected. The candidate will develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and ensure safe, compliant
Competenze
- Active RN license in Arizona.
- 1 year hospital experience.
- Desire to care for patients in acute rehab setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Efficient in electronic charting system.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Current TB test within a year.
- Physical within 6 months.
- Fingerprint card clearance currently held.
Mansioni
- Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean, safe environment.
- Develop and update nursing care plans with the care team.
- Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
- Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
- Record medication administration.
- Monitor staff for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
- Perform other duties as directed.
