Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Prior RN experience in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience.
• Efficient in electronic charting system.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB test within 1 year.
• Physical exam within 6 months.
• Fingerprint clearance current.

Responsibilities

• Maintains resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and proper procedure.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
