Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for local night shifts in Peoria, AZ at an acute rehab facility. The RN will participate in developing care plans, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and administering medications to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

The role requires an AZ RN license, at least 1 year of hospital experience, and proficiency with electronic charting. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. TB test and fingerprint clearance must be current.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license required.
• Prior experience as an RN in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• 1 year hospital experience required.
• Efficient in electronic charting systems.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB test within the year.
• Medical clearance: physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance current.

Responsibilities

• Ensures resident care is maintained in a clean, safe environment.
• Develops and ensures nursing care plans; collaborates with physicians, therapists and nursing staff.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team.
• Records medication administration.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
