Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Sleep Study Technician to perform PSG, titration, MSLT and MWT procedures and to provide accurate data to guiding physicians. You will educate patients on prescribed therapies and assist with equipment troubleshooting, ensuring high‑quality care for all ages.

The role may involve supervising trainees and collaborating with the Sleep Disorders team to maintain compliance with AASM standards and licensure requirements across the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Respiratory Technology or other medical specialty preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience in Sleep Disorders field preferred.
• Possess knowledge of sleep disorders, electrical safety, with the skill to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform PSG, titration, MSLT and MWT procedures for sleep/wake disorders.
• Educate patients on prescribed therapies and follow up as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with patient care per facility guidelines.
• Supervise students or staff providing patient care as required.
