Job summary

Christian Hospital in St. Louis is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Team.

This PRN night position offers opportunities to provide direct patient care and collaborate with a skilled healthcare team. You will work 6:45pm–7:15am across three shifts in a six‑week cycle, performing assessments, treatments, and diagnostic procedures while adhering to hospital policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Assoc or CoARC accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license and RRT credential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document care.
• Provide education on respiratory therapy treatments to patients and staff.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures per standards.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical and critical care skills as needed (e.g., ECMO support, ventilator care).
