Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 7p-7a night shift in Massachusetts. The role focuses on planning, delivery and management of direct patient care using the nursing process, tailored to patient development age.

Current MA nursing licensure and BLS ACLS eligibility are required. Responsibilities include care coordination, discharge planning and supervising nursing staff within the assigned setting.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification current is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to developmental age.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
