Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shift in a fast-paced patient-care environment. You will use the Nursing Process from admission through discharge, assess patients, and coordinate care plans including discharge planning.

Qualifications include current MA nursing licensure, BLS, and ACLS as required by the unit. A BSN is highly preferred. Signing bonus may be available; final offer contingent on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required for every RN.
• ACLS certification may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegates tasks to team members per scope of practice and competency.
