Job summary

University Park Care Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in a full-time role on days and nights. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with a night differential for the overnight shift.

We uphold a 5-star CMS rating for quality measures and are recognized as one of the Best Nursing Homes in Colorado for 2026. The RN will assess patients, revise care plans as needed, and supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the applicable state
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
• Assess patient needs and revise care plans as conditions change
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
