Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document patient data accurately in systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and execute medical orders.
• Respond to rapid response and code events.
• Educate patients and families about care.
