Job summary

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, high-quality inpatient care during the night shift. You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized plans.

Ideal candidates have ADN at hire with BSN preferred, and current RN licensure in the state. CPR/BLS certification within 90 days is required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policy and standards
• Documents according to standards of care
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develops and executes patient care plans
• Participates in performance improvement activities
• Escalates patient safety concerns as needed
• Supports longitudinal plan of care across units
