Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• May require specific years of applicable experience per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and law.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes a patient plan of care per physician and unit policy.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
