Job summary

Mercyhealth is hiring an RN for the night shift in Wisconsin to provide compassionate nursing care across units. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and document care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement the patient plan.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, ADN at minimum (BSN preferred), WI RN license, CPR/BLS within 90 days, and at least 2 years of experience. Mercyhealth offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policy and law.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Mentors and precepts new partners; participates in performance improvement.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient education needs.
