University of Michigan Health-West is seeking an RN Staff Nurse for night shifts. This role is 0.6 FTE with weekend requirements, providing professional nursing care to a defined group of patients using the nursing process, and coordinating with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and maintain safety and high standards of practice in a dynamic unit environment.

Qualificações

• BSN preferred.
• Must hold Michigan RN licensure.
• BLS CPR required.
• ACLS within 60 days for Endoscopy/Level4/Level5.
• PALS preferred for ED.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and discharge needs.
• Plan and implement nursing care per orders.
• Educate patients and families.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ensure safety.
• Delegate and supervise staff as appropriate.
