Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred and must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• New graduate nurses may need a refresher course if returning after five years.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS per unit scope.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process in providing nursing care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Advocates for patient safety, delegates care where appropriate, and participates in performance and practice improvement activities.
• Delivery of nursing care reflects KH Network missions, vision, values, and nursing philosophies.
