Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to the nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes; coordinates discharge/transfer plans.
• Participates in program evaluation and process improvement for patient-centered outcomes.
• Upholds regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies; ensures safety for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Supports ongoing education, mentoring, and professional growth; provides precepting when needed.
