Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Six months to a year of RN experience or active GN permit.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Patient Care Planning and provision of nursing care.
• Implements and evaluates nursing care plans and updates as needed.
• Prepares and documents nursing care in coordination with the team.
• Teaches patients and families and acts as a preceptor to new staff.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and effective communication within care team.
