Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care across med/surg units.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on patient plans.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient responses.
• Ensure patient safety and accurate medication administration.
