The Veterans Affairs - Agency 28 in Norfolk, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.), three 12-hour rotations with weekend duties.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, guide and supervise licensed staff, and coordinate care with physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes. Applicants must hold Nebraska RN licensure (or authority via the Nurse Licensure Compact) and demonstrate nursing theory knowledge, charting standards, infection

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license or authority under the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as an RN in Nebraska.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, standards of care, infection control, charting practices, and medication monitoring.
• Ability to observe patient condition changes, communicate them to team, and maintain accurate records.
