Job summary

Northwell Health's Sharon Hospital in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide direct patient care in a 78-bed facility. The role requires state RN licensure, 1+ year of L&D experience, and timely completion of BLS, NRP, ACLS, and STABLE within six months of hire.

Qualifications

CT Registered Nurse licensure required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
BLS certification required; NRP and ACLS within 6 months of hire
STABLE Neonatal Program within 6 months of hire
C-EFM preferred

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery setting.
Performs assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
Communicates with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
Responds promptly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Participates in performance improvement activities.
