Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse I for a full-time night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at the Emergency Center – South Campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate has completed basic nursing education and holds or is eligible for a nursing license. Experience is preferred but not required for new grads. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and discharge collaboration.

Qualifications

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for patient age, cultural and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals.
• Facilitates patient discharge through timely referrals and patient education resources.
