Job summary

Saint Francis Health System – South Campus in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse I (Prem Weekend) for a full-time night shift (Fri-Sun, 7:00pm-7:00am). Responsibilities include nursing process-driven patient care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• 0 - 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and supports unit and hospital goals.
• On-call rotation with 30-minute response time.
