Qualifications

• Knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for patient age groups.
• Document steps of the nursing process and plan care accordingly.
• Collaborate with disciplines and support PI and education activities.
