Qualifications

• Must maintain current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as described in state RN regulations.
• Assists in implementing changes in the Plan of Care for the improvement of client care.
• Makes the initial evaluation visit and re-evaluates patient needs regularly.
• Provides nursing services, treatments and diagnostic procedures requiring specialized skills.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel with professional discretion.
