Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. You will be a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

The role involves working night shifts, with at least three shifts per four weeks, in a supportive healthcare environment committed to excellence, compassion, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care as outlined.
• Communicate effectively with the care team, prioritize patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.
