Job summary

Children’s Colorado is seeking a Clinical Nurse II in the Labor and Delivery unit on a full-time night shift. The role emphasizes family-centered care, inter-professional collaboration, and evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality perinatal care.

The position requires a BSN, Colorado RN license, and current BLS/CPR; ACLS/NRP/C-EFM are expected within 1 year. Eligible for relocation assistance if relocating from 100 miles or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• One year of nursing experience; previous high-risk L&D experience strongly preferred.
• Colorado RN license (or multistate compact) with BLS/CPR; ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered care recognizing patients and families as partners in care.
• Collaborate with obstetric and neonatal teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Support education of patients, families, and staff on evidence-based practices.
• Use data and EMR to monitor outcomes and support care decisions.
• Engage in professional governance and leadership activities.
