Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in the Labor and Delivery unit. The role is onsite with no hybrid option, offering a night shift incentive program and a pay range based on experience.

You will provide direct patient care, support mothers and infants, and participate in a multidisciplinary team focused on safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program or state board approval if <3 years experience.
• State licensure as RN.
• 6 months Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• NRP and ACLS within 6 months from hire.
• BLS/CPR card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff and students.
• Contribute to safety and quality at point of care.
