Job summary

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for the Night shift at Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs. This onsite, full-time role (72 hours per pay period) offers a night shift incentive program and requires RN licensure with ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities include direct patient care via the nursing process, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, mentorship of new staff, and commitment to safety, wellness, and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced Women and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• State licensure as RN.
• 6 months Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• ACLS within 6 months; NRP before orientation; C-EFM within 1 year.
• BLS for the Professional Rescuer before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model precepting for new staff and learners.
• Maintain patient safety and quality at point of care.
• Support wellness and evidence-based practice within unit.
