Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Vinita, Inc. is seeking an RN I to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. You will monitor patient status and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: nursing diploma or degree approved by the state board.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• Minimum of one year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assess, organize, and complete patient care considering age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Document steps of the nursing process and use medical terminology.
• Facilitate patient discharge with referrals and education resources.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and participate in unit/PI activities.
