Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process with clinical accuracy.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and facilitates patient discharge with referrals.
• Maintains patient education resources suitable to age and cultural factors.
• Supports unit and hospital goals through education and PI activities.
