Job summary

AdventHealth in Dade City, FL invites an experienced RN to join our compassionate team on the night shift. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, plan care, and collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure safe, effective nursing care.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• CPR/BLS required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred.
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
• Assesses patient health data and initiates care planning.
• Performs initial patient assessments within expected timeframes.
• Ensures safe handoff communications and accurate documentation.
• Collaborates with team to manage patient flow and admissions.
