Northwell's Sharon Hospital in Connecticut is seeking Registered Nurses to join our 78-bed general hospital team. The role requires CT RN license, BLS, ACLS by end of probation, and supports a 36-hour week with shifts 6:45pm–7:15am and every other weekend.

You will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, and deliver patient-centered nursing with a focus on safety and quality. This is open to new graduates and offers the chance to grow within a large, community-focused health

Qualifications

• CT RN license required or eligible to practice in CT.
• BLS certification required; ACLS by end of probation.
• Minimum one year of RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Completes patient assessment and reassessment with plan of care and outcomes.
• Delivers medication administration following the five rights.
• Coordinates and supervises nursing care while promoting patient safety.
• Provides patient and family education and accurate hand-offs.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
