PARADIGM HEALTHCARE is looking for compassionate and driven Registered Nurses for part-time night shifts at Paradigm at the Brazos in Richmond, TX. You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies, ensuring the highest nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Six months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to regulations and policies.
• Plan, develop, and implement resident’s plan of care.
• Provide emergency support measures, including CPR.
• Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with policies.
