Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence (KY).
• Current/active CPR certification.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents maintaining high quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards and facility policies.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures.
