Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose health status and plan care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify and document nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to nursing interventions and revise care plans as needed.
• Lead process improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operate within High Reliability Organization (HRO) framework.
