Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing is required; may consider ADN but BSN within three years.
• TNCC or ATCN training within 1 year for specified areas.
• CPI training within 1 year for Emergency/Urgent Care.
• ENPC training within 1 year for Emergency/Urgent Care.
• Current Texas RN license and CPR/ACLS/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines for effective patient care delivery.
• Apply knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in care provisions.
• Contribute to quality improvements with positive patient outcomes.
