Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, Indiana seeks a Registered Nurse for responsible clinical care on a night shift. Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with a 72-hour biweekly schedule. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, with a 24-month employment commitment.

Strong nursing judgment and teamwork are essential. Requires Indiana RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and PALS for pediatric care. BSN preferred; ACLS/ALS during orientation.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Indiana required.
• BLS or CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• PALS certification required for pediatric care staff.
• BSN degree preferred.
• ACLS or ALS certification during orientation.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS must be completed within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document initial patient condition and priorities based on age and symptoms.
• Reassess and monitor patients to identify progress needing intervention.
• Administer timely interventions and manage emergencies.
• Make nursing decisions based on data interpretation and patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families; assist with discharge planning.
• Coordinate team assignments and follow up on delegated tasks for quality care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to policies and procedures.
