Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an RN for night shift in a 13-week contract. You will provide high-quality care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure patient safety during 19:00–07:00 shifts, with weekends required. Night nurses will perform assessments, administer meds, and document progress.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years RN experience, BLS certification, and an active Arkansas (or compact) license. ARMStaffing offers health benefits, onboarding support, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Active Arkansas RN license or a compact nursing license required.
• No license hits will be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
