ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift on a 13-week contract. The role emphasizes delivering quality care, following the nursing care plan, and supervising support staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, timely documentation, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development for the role. This position requires active RN licensure and critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum two years bedside clinical experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required before first shift (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients and families.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Provide patient education and participate in rehabilitation programs.
• Initiate discharge planning on admission and educate patients for discharge.
• Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise and train ancillary nursing staff, delegating tasks as needed.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and training needs in coordination with management.
