Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift assignment in Texas. The role runs 13 weeks with a 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00, and weekends every other week.

The RN will provide high-quality patient care, adhere to standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include direct patient care, chart documentation, medication administration, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Willingness to float within the scope of practice.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort for each patient.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all nursing care and accurately update patient charts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and support families in understanding care processes.
