Job summary

Yellow Rock Behavioral Health in Springdale, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift to join a 102-bed residential psychiatric facility serving youth ages 11–17. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care, document records, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

New grads are welcome and comprehensive training is provided; a $12k sign-on bonus is offered along with shift differentials up to $6/hr and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license valid for your state.
• One year of nursing experience; psych/behavioral experience preferred.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required.
• First aid may be required per state/facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications and document administrations per orders.
• Communicate with physicians and supervise unit activities.
