- Preferred Education: Associate's Degree Some college education in engineering and/or a completion certificate from a recognized trade school; familiarity with PC.
- Required Experience: 3+ years mechanical maintenance experience with absorption/freon A/C equipment and steam/related heating systems.
- Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems knowledge; read blueprints and diagrams; safety and CFC regulation knowledge; NYU license and EPA-CFC Universal certification.
