Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Experience with environmental boxes, Harris boxes with humidification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Understand electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of environmental boxes. Harris boxes with humidification.
• Repair supplementary A/C equipment: compressors, fans, motors, pumps, condensing units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record-keeping.
• Follow department safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
