Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a dedicated driver/prep cook for a night shift in Atlanta, working 11 PM–7 AM. You will deliver products from the Production Kitchen, handle loading/unloading, and operate a 24 ft refrigerated truck.

When not delivering, you’ll perform prep work to ensure recipes and standards are met. You will process ingredients, follow standard recipes, and keep equipment and work areas sanitary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with co workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product from Production Kitchen to destinations.
• Load and unload product.
• Drive and park a 24ft delivery truck.
• Prepare meat, seafood, vegetables for cooking.
• Follow recipes and Concessions International procedures.
• Ensure equipment and temperatures are correct.
• Maintain clean and safe prep/workspace.
• Label, date, rotate and store food products.
