Job summary

AZEK Company in Ohio is seeking a Recycle Technician for rotating 12-hour nights (2-2-3 C Crew), 6:45pm-7am, full-time at the Wilmington site. You will operate and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and document outcomes to support continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in extrusion, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to safety and TPM/6S practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an extrusion processing environment.
• Experience with extrusion processes and equipment.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills for inputting process and quality data.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotating 12-hour shifts and maintain equipment per standards.
• Follow TPM and 6S methodologies to keep workspace organized.
• Complete quality paperwork and production reports with high accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to processes and equipment.
• Support safety and compliance with PPE protocols.
