Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. This role keeps our 100,000+ square-foot facility running smoothly through proactive maintenance and skilled troubleshooting of extrusion, conveyors, pumps, and motors.

You’ll work a daylight 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, read manuals and blueprints, and collaborate with operators and managers to improve uptime, safety, and efficiency while upholding our safety-first culture and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders
• Hands-on skills with power/hand tools, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles
• Strong team mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or GED (trade school/associate degree/welding-fabrication skills preferred)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Safety sensitive role

• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Keep operation running with proactive preventative maintenance/repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep production moving
• Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other equipment
• Install new equipment, calibrate machines, and improve uptime/efficiency
• Partner with operators and managers to WOW customers
• Lead with safety to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required
