Job summary

AZEK Company is seeking a Recycling Operator II for day and night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule at our Wilmington, OH facility. The role operates and monitors recycling and processing equipment, conducts extrusion-related tasks, and ensures safe, compliant production.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing or extrusion experience, plus the ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of extrusion experience or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, monitor, adjust, start up, and shut down recycling/processing equipment.
• Operate pulverizer equipment and understand system flow.
• Monitor extrusion, melt-blending, and pelletizing processes and adjust as needed.
