Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the New View program. You will provide direct care, counseling, and supervise activities, with training in de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.

A CNA/MA or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are preferred, plus the ability to work in Western Massachusetts’ New View unit. Available schedules include Full Time: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00pm-7:30am; Per Diem shifts also available.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA or MA credentials preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients.
• Provide counseling appropriate to experience level.
• Ensure activities comply with program policies.
• Complete specialized training in de-escalation techniques and use of physical restraint.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per 42 CFR.
