Job summary

Adirondack Beverages is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for week nights in Schenectady, NY. The role oversees raw material movement, daily counts, and ensures accuracy of documentation while coordinating with the Warehouse Receiving Manager.

The position requires 10+ hour days, demonstrated shipping/receiving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced food processing facility. SAP and LX experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to work 10+ hour days and in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with production schedules and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of the Warehouse Receiving Manager.
• Work safely and in accordance with SOPs.
• Collect daily activity sheets from operators and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Verify raw material setups are performed daily by receiving personnel.
• Supervise team to ensure duties are performed; promote teamwork.
• Review daily pick lists and material shortages with the manager.
• Oversee movement of raw materials and coordinate with shipping daily.
• Input raw materials into LX and SAP and assist with inspections.
