Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Fort Lauderdale store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory, and ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.

This role offers base pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified)
