Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Brandon, FL store. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, staging products, and maintaining accurate receiving paperwork to help recover store inventory.

The role requires forklift certification and the ability to work in varied weather and a fast-paced environment, with long hours during peak seasons. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations and unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection and paperwork is completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
